Hotel a Strada Sea to Sky Highway

“The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

“Tutto perfetto. Ragazzi reception gentilissimi. Pulizia ottima. Posizione splendida. Possibilità di parcheggio privato comodo un po’ costoso. Materassi e letti comodi. Ma per un aspetto non ho dato il massimo: non si può avere in un bel hotel vasca da bagno con tenda e poi per le mani un dispenser da supermercato. Inoltre il miscelatore doccia pessimo. Questo mi ha portato ad abbassare il voto da ottimo a buono. ”

“The location is amazing right at the base of the slopes, so it’s super easy to get around. The amenities are great, especially the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs after a long day. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Overall, it’s a super comfortable and convenient place to stay. ”

“Las habitaciones no las sacuden, parece que solo jalan las sábanas y no tienden bien las camas, los espejos sucios,pésimo que no tengan habitaciones exclusivas para perros,sueltan pelo y somos alérgicos, me tocó un perro ladrando por varios dias, señorla categoría gold no tiene exclusividad pues entran en pijama, bata y niños corriendo y gritando, y un perro el manager dijo que era por vacaciones pero en internet no dice que puedan estar ahí, falta supervisión. “When checking in … the lady that helped us was very friendly and informative. First impression walking through the door was “whoa, this looks old” Everything looked and was outdated. Plus side is they have assigned stalls so if you leave you don’t have to worry about not having a stall when you get back.”

“Very good position in the middle of the village with a reserved parking. Everything good in the room, the shower needs some upgrades”

“Room is clean, the wash basin needs to be clean or sanitized more often. There just too much people are using it. Not everyone is very considerating…”

“It was clean only dishwasher had dirty glasses and cups when moved in. Only two towels even though we booked for 3 ppl. No service was provided tried to get some more towels in the morning and could not reach reception for 1hr after went down and no one was there. Had to go to pool and find some fresh towels there. ”
